The Barnycz Group develops some of the world’s most unforgettable place-making experiences, from New York to Dubai. For the Barnycz Group, Design Alliance designed an ensemble of branded attractions – including a 20-foot tall outdoor chandelier, arches that span the district’s streets, and a themed video tower – all of which work in concert to create an experience that celebrates theater, history, and community.

The Barnycz Group develops some of the world’s most unforgettable place-making experiences. For the Barnycz Group, we designed an ensemble of branded attractions for Playhouse Square.

The second largest theater district in the US – after New York – Playhouse Square in Cleveland draws more than 1 Million guests and contributes more than $360 million to the local economy annually.

Design Alliance has supported Barnycz Group by designing conceptual, original branded amenities and content for many US and international projects. For Grandscape, we designed multiple branded video artworks and a 35-foot-tall LED light sculpture.

In October 2021, Grandscape – Warren Buffet’s new 430-acre lifestyle center – was awarded ‘World’s Most Innovative Retail and Entertainment Project’ at London’s RLI awards ceremony.

N12 Technologies

N12’s vertically-aligned nanotubes make carbon-fiber products, from cars to tennis rackets, tougher and lighter. Design Alliance accelerated this nano-tech start-up with a new identity design and the tagline: Making the Best Better. We designed the N12 website and 2,700 sq feet of exhibits for trade shows in the US and Europe. We also created explanatory videos that persuasively highlight the benefits of their cutting-edge technology.

N12‘s carbon nanotubes make tougher and lighter products, from cars to tennis rackets. We accelerated this nano-tech start-up with a comprehensive brand strategy that positioned them for success.

Our innovative work helped N12 increase brand recognition, raise $23 million in Growth Funding, establish a market for their signature product, NanoStitch – and ultimately helped successfully sell the firm in 2020.

The name Ritz Carlton is synonymous with the ultimate in service, excellence, and luxury – and Eastbanc‘s singular properties are known for their inventiveness, artistry, and sense of sophistication. So when Eastbanc and Ritz Carlton teamed to develop the Ritz Carlton Residences at 22 West, it was a perfect pairing.

Eyrus helps real estate developers and financiers track and manage all aspects of construction workforce and labor data on multiple, large-scale real estate projects in real time. Working closely with the Eyrus team, we conceptualized and designed all aspects of the brand, including the identity and tagline, the software design, the website, exhibits, ads, and brochures.

Eyrus helps real estate developers manage real-time workforce and labor data on multiple projects. We developed a comprehensive brand strategy for the company and the software experience.

For Eyrus, we developed a comprehensive Brand Strategy, created fundraising and marketing materials, and designed the app’s user experience. Launched in 2019, the app has already managed more than $220 billion of construction projects.

For the past decade, we’ve been pleased to support DCP in bringing their vision for GEICO to life by designing animations, sets, and effects for many of their commercial spots.

The What’s Your Reason? series of GEICO commercials – featuring DCP‘s clever lyrics and music and our charming animations – resulted in over 6 Million Click-Throughs to the GEICO website.

The educational MAPS’ app was named Best New Software Product of the Year’ and was one of only 100 new items selected for inclusion in the Smithsonian Institution’s permanent collection.

For MPR, we conducted an in-depth branding survey, interviewing leadership, employees, and clients – which identified four core themes for the overall branding: First-Principles Driven / Fully-Matrixed / Accountable / and a Heritage of Innovation. We translated those four themes into 12 brochures, online video series highlighting MPR‘s core brand values, and traveling exhibits.

Recom Managed Systems  engaged Design Alliance to reposition their next-generation cardiovascular monitoring technology for a consumer market. We renamed the company Signalife and redesigned, renamed and repackaged their signature product – a next-generation technology that gives physicians hospital-quality cardiovascular monitoring in a wearable device – as “Tempo.”

Recom Managed Systems  engaged Design Alliance to reposition their cardiovascular monitoring technology for a consumer market. We renamed the company Signalife and redesigned, renamed and repackaged their signature product – a technology that gives physicians hospital-quality cardiovascular monitoring in a wearable device – for the consumer market as “Tempo.”

We promoted Signalife through a series of interactive trade-show environments, web videos and modules, and live experiences, all of which built national interest in the company and helped Signalife raise over $100 million in investor funding.
